CABIN OVERVIEW

Wolverine Cabin

The Wolverine is another elusive animal.  They are also one of the most aggressive animals in Alaska.  With a little luck a wolverine can actually take down a Grizzly Bear.  There is a documented case of a Wolverine killing a Polar Bear. However the Wolverine cabin is just the opposite.  A very warm and comfortable cozy cabin located in a wooded setting this cabin is THE place to relax.

Denali Tri-Valley Cabins are located 250 miles North of Anchorage and 110 miles South of Fairbanks in the town of Healy, Alaska.  We are just 12 miles from the entrance to Denali National Park. The Denali area business district is just before the entrance to the Park.  There you will find dozens of restaurants, gift shops, local tour activities, etc.

Each of our cabins has been hand built by local craftsmen and are very well done.  Each cabin features handmade log furniture, two queen beds, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, internet and TV with Roku and of course a complete compliment of bath amenities.  The cabin is heated and has two ceiling fans for your comfort.

Locally within walking distance of the cabins are a full service grocery and liquor store, several restaurants, a brewery, convenience stores and gas stations.  Walking and hiking is right out your front door with majestic views of the Alaska Range. A great place to make your base camp when you visit Denali National Park.

A very nice place to stay!   Staff available 24/7

Amazing Views

Denali  (also known as Mount McKinley, its former official name) is the highest mountain peak in North America, with a summit elevation of 20,310 feet (6,190 m) above sea level. Denali rises about 18,000 feet (5,486 m) from its base, exceeding Everest’s 12,000 feet (3,658 m) vertical rise from base at around 17,000 feet (5,182 m). Denali is the third most prominent and third most isolated peak after Mount Everest and Aconcagua. Located in the Alaska Range in the interior of the U.S. state of Alaska, Denali is the centerpiece of Denali National Park and Preserve.

“The cabin and service was over the top and amazing. Noah went above and beyond all expectations. He single handedly made our trip unforgettable with all the help he provided. One of the best people you could run across in a lifetime. TriValley is extremely lucky to have such a great representative and employee who really cares about the guests experience.”

“This spot in Healy is perfect in that it is close to Denali by far from Glitter Gulch which is a tourist trap. Here, you feel like a local. And you are in walking distance of Rosie’s Cafe — big portions — and the 49th State Brew Pub — big glasses of beer. Noah was on hand to take care of every need. Great place.”
